The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and tearing down our centrifuges as well as monitoring our equipment to ensure they are working properly.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Rigging up and rigging out centrifuges and associated equipment at customer’s sites.
* Providing safe and optimal operation and maintenance of solids control equipment,
* Monitoring centrifuges; associated products and services and dewatering drilling fluids.
* Mechanical repairs of equipment and troubleshooting processes.
* Representing and maintaining strong customer service.
* Completing daily productivity records.
Minimum Qualifications and Relevant Experience Required:
* Working knowledge of solids control products and equipment, with previous experience in a field service capacity, preferably in a drill site environment
* Derrick hand experience, and/or training in electrical and mechanical areas would be an asset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proven leadership abilities
* Demonstrated strong customer service focus
* Clean drivers abstract and able to travel to customer sites
* Ability to travel with a personal truck to other states
* Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of our team
* Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, (21 days on 7 days off) or (14 days on 7 days off)
* Ability to display a positive attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
